We want to know everything there is to know about your machines and equipment. We will map out your facility and make a list of the equipment you have and all pertinent information regarding these machines.
Hays Service will test your equipment.
After having a thorough understanding of what type of equipment and any special needs, we will test your equipment through services such as thermal imaging and vibration analysis. Machines talk all the time, and it’s our job to hear what they’re saying. Machines communicate by producing irregularities in heat, which we can see via thermal imaging, and through irregularities in vibration, which we can locate via vibration analysis. We have the specialized testing equipment required to perform these task.
